Most of our aches, pains, anxieties and stresses are as a direct result of what we are doing on a daily basis. The Alexander Technique is an incredibly valuable educational and mindful method that is a perfect adjunct to yoga or any activity that requires movement. The Technique is a gentle but extremely powerful approach for anyone who wishes to discover how to move and life life effortlessly. You will never own anything as valuable as yourself and whilst most are dong their upmost to maintain health, many are unknowingly doing themselves harm on a day to day basis. Are you one of those?

The Technique is suitable for anyone who wants to feel better about themselves and is reconized as helpful for numerous symptoms such as:
